Lab-grown diamonds are created by replicating natural conditions in a controlled environment. Two methods are commonly used:
1. HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) : Carbon is exposed to very high temperatures and pressures to form diamonds, as happens in nature.
2. CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) : A carbon-rich gas is decomposed in a vacuum chamber, depositing carbon atoms on a surface to create a diamond.
These techniques make it possible to produce high-quality diamonds, identical to those extracted from the earth.
Yes, lab diamond is real diamond.
It has the same chemical composition, crystal structure and physical properties as natural diamonds.
The only difference is how it is created: in a lab rather than in nature.
The difference between 14k gold and 18k gold is their purity.
14 karat gold contains 58.3% pure gold, while 18 karat gold contains 75%.
The purest form of gold is 24 carat gold, but it is too soft and malleable to be used in jewelry, which is why we only choose 18 carat gold, a symbol of excellence and refinement.

Our diamonds and precious stones are already certified by the world-renowned certification laboratories IGI and IGL.
The only difference between a mined diamond and a lab-grown diamond is that the latter is created under controlled conditions and environment.

Lab-grown diamonds are free of any impurities, which is rare: only 5% of mined diamonds can claim this same purity.

The carat represents the weight of the diamond. The higher the carat, the more valuable the diamond. For us, the carat represents the extent of your own universe. That is why our diamonds vary between 0.7 and 1.4 carats.
Clarity refers to the inclusions in the diamond (often invisible to the naked eye), the fewer inclusions, the purer the diamond. The clarity of our stones is between VVS1 and VVS2.
The cut contributes to the brilliance and the light reflecting capacity of a diamond. The more correctly the angles are executed, the more the diamond reveals its facets and their brilliance. The quality of the cut of our stones is Excellent or Very Good
The color of a diamond can vary between "D" (colorless) and "Z" (yellowish or brownish hues). The most colorless diamonds are generally the rarest and most sought-after. For us, they are the promise of eternity. We only offer stones of color D, E, or F.
One carat equals 0.20 grams, the international standard unit of measurement since 1907.
The word "carat" comes from the seeds of the carob tree, used in ancient times to measure the weight of a diamond.

We use only the highest quality materials, meaning only 18 carat gold, as well as carefully selected lab-grown diamonds and gemstones ranging from 0.7 to 1.4 ct.

We make several commitments and have certifications to guarantee the quality and ethics of our jewelry:
- Customs approval to mark 18 carat gold works (750/1000): This marking, known as “eagle’s head”, is laser engraved for a better aesthetic result.
- RJC-COP (Code of Practice) Certification: Issued by the global RJC organization, this certification ensures compliance with labor and human rights codes, as well as other ethical standards.
- RJC COC (Chain of Custody) Certification: This certification guarantees the traceability of the metal, assuring you that the gold in your jewelry is extracted under environmentally responsible conditions and without resorting to gold panning.
- Kimberley Process: By following this process, we guarantee the traceability of your laboratory diamonds, ensuring that they do not come from conflict zones.
- The “Titer +” guarantee: The “Titer plus” guarantee translates into a minimum titration of 751/1000.
To mark the "state guarantee", the required titration is 750/1000 minimum
For the lost wax casting process, we start with an alloy of +2/1000 to guarantee the desired title.
It is also a way to ensure that the titration will never be lower than 750/1000.

SHIPMENTS & DELIVERIES
We offer free delivery within 20 days throughout the European Union (including Switzerland).
You can no longer change the delivery address yourself once the order is confirmed.
To change the delivery address, please contact our concierge service by phone, chat or WhatsApp available 7 days a week.
You will simply need to provide the order number and the new address to be provided.
Delivery is free.
Your shipment is fully insured by DHL and requires a signature upon delivery.
All our models are made to order for you and are shipped within 20 days.
However, our insurance no longer covers your package once it has been delivered and signed for.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our items are all made to order (specifically for the customer who purchased it) and cannot be refunded.
If you wish to exchange or modify an item, please contact our concierge service within 30 days of receiving the product.
Personalized, resized, engraved or previously worn items cannot be exchanged.
We subject all returned products to strict quality control.
Each standard purchase can only be redeemed once.
This must be returned by you in its original box and packaging, enclosing the invoice and order number.
The One Paris will cover the postage costs.
We replace free of charge any jewelry with a hidden defect or flaw within 30 days of purchase.
If you wish to report one of these defects, please contact our concierge with a detailed description of the problem:
- Photos will be requested so that our experts can validate the defect.
- After validation, you will therefore have to return the jewel to our workshop for a second on-site appraisal. The shipping costs are covered by us.
- If the expertise via photos or on site does not confirm a defect in the jewelry, it cannot be replaced.
- Otherwise, your jewelry will be remanufactured or repaired (depending on the case) and delivered to your home within 20 days.
If you have had an incident (dropping your jewelry, scratching it against a door, playing sports while wearing it), we prefer that you notify us in good faith rather than trying to claim the warranty against defects and hidden faults.
We will be happy to find the best possible arrangement to restore your jewelry if you have reported to us transparently where the problem came from.
An assessment will be necessary in advance in order to measure the extent of the repairs.
To do this, you will need to contact one of our concierges who will ask you for some photos of the jewelry in order to have it checked by our experts.
Following this, we will get back to you quickly to explain what the repairs are and at what cost, the jewel will then be returned, at your expense, to our workshop.
The jewelry will be repaired and returned to you within 20 days.
When you order, a digital ring sizer will be available to measure the exact size of your finger using one of your rings.
All you have to do is place the ring already in your size on the screen and thus determine your size.
If you don't have a ring
If after all this you have not managed to determine your finger size, when ordering, in the size section, select "unknown size", once the order is validated a ring sizer will be sent to you free of charge within 48 hours and will allow you to enter the correct size directly in your customer area.
In order to preserve geometry identical to the original rendering, resizing will be possible on certain models and only for a difference of one to two sizes maximum.
Rings that can be resized must meet various conditions:
- The ring is in perfect condition: that is to say, it does not bear the traces of regular wear during the 30-day period (micro-scratches, impacts, etc.)
- The ring does not have any engraving.
- The ring has not been previously returned for resizing
- The jewel was returned within 30 days after receipt by the customer in its original box accompanied by the invoice.
To check if resizing is possible and if these conditions are met, please contact our concierge service by phone, chat or WhatsApp available 7 days a week.
All you need to do is send your ring back to our workshop so that we can send you your ring in the desired size.
The postage costs for returning the jewel to our workshop are the responsibility of the customer.
It is possible to have your jewelry engraved after receiving it. To do this, simply contact our concierge.
The flat rate for your engraving is 50 euros excluding postage.
Allow 20 working days between receipt of the ring in our workshop and reshipment.
For any order, you benefit from a lifetime guarantee against defects and hidden defects. All our jewelry is handcrafted, and with a concern for greater quality. This guarantee cannot be applied to any jewelry that has been resized or any operation carried out in a workshop other than that of our house.

All our models are made to order to make each piece of jewelry unique and special, from their manufacturing to their packaging. The jewelry is carefully placed in a signature box and accompanied by a handwritten note.
Some jewelry can be personalized with an engraving, making the jewelry even more special.
It is therefore entirely possible to have your order delivered to a third party as a gift.
To do this, at the “place order” step, please check the “gift” box.
Once this is done, you will be asked for the third party's information on one side (for shipping) and your information on the other (for sending the invoice).
Please note that invoices are not included in the package. Your order confirmation will be sent to you by email first. Once your order is shipped, your invoice will be shared with you by email.
