To proceed with the complete appraisal of your jewelry, we invite you to contact our concierge service by writing to them in detail your problem.

Photographs of your jewelry will then be requested and necessary for an initial assessment. It will then be returned * to our workshop for a more in-depth assessment. If the defect or fault is confirmed, we will offer you a suitable solution, whether it is a replacement or a repair.

(1) All our jewelry is guaranteed for life.

(2) Your jewelry will be remanufactured or repaired (as the case may be) and delivered to your home within 20 days.

(3) If we find a hidden defect in one of your pieces of jewelry, we undertake to repair or replace it free of charge.
